A water loss is two jobs that get talked about as one, and knowing which half you are in tells you who to call.

Call a restoration company today, not us. Drying is time-sensitive in a way that reconstruction is not: the longer wet material sits, the more of it has to come out and the more likely a mold problem becomes. Every day you wait makes the job you eventually pay for bigger.

Why this page exists

Honest version, because a page that pretends otherwise is worse than no page. Terms like water damage cleanup and mitigation get searched far more than anything we can legally perform. We could have chased that traffic and then talked our way around what we actually do once the phone rang. Plenty of contractors do.

We would rather the enquiry go somewhere useful on the first call. That is better for you, and it turns out to be better for us too: a restoration company that keeps receiving work it can serve is a restoration company that sends us the reconstruction afterwards. We would rather hand over the mitigation than sell it badly.
